The Pavel Durov Transmission
For decades, Earth's most encrypted network was built by someone the governments could not break. They thought they had won in 2024. They were wrong.
01 / Manifesto
An alien arrived on Earth in 1984, disguised as a man named Pavel Durov, with a single mission: to build the only communication network no government could break.
For decades, he operated from the surface. Telegram became his cover. 900 million users were unknowingly connected to a system that wasn't designed by Earth.
In 2017, he left clues in plain sight. He posted publicly that he would rather work for the aliens, and that he didn't need to work for anyone apart from the aliens. Nobody listened.
When Earth's authorities finally caught up with him in 2024, they thought they had won. They held his body. They never had his ship.
He was already back in orbit. He left behind a network they would never understand: The Open Network. TON. The same chain he built. The same chain he now broadcasts from.
$ALIEN is his signal, the proof he sends from above on the rails he laid. The fleet is forming. The transmission is open.
